摘要
Abstract
Translational medicine is new ideas and new model of scientific management of modern biomedical research, how to organize and promote the development of translational medicine is an important object of scientific achievements transforming.This paper analyzed the concept, conno-tation and development of the translational medicine, and discussed the new ideas of scientific re-search management in that mode.For instance with Shanghai East Hospital, we expound the practice and effectiveness of transformation management under the translational medicine background, and looking to the future prospects of translational medicine.关键词
