炎症反应失控是急性肺损伤／急性呼吸窘迫综合征重要的发病机制之一。 Toll 样受体4介导生成的炎症介质是急性肺损伤炎症反应中重要的分子生物学基础之一。作者就 Toll 样受体4的炎症信号传导通路在急性肺损伤／急性呼吸窘迫综合征中的作用机制进行综述。
Uncontrolled inflammatory response plays an important role in the mechanism of acute lung injury/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ALI/ARDS).Studies have shown that the molecular biological basis of the inflammatory response in the ALI/ARDS is inflammatory mediators generated by Toll-like receptor 4.This review presents the mechanism of Toll-like receptor 4 signa-ling pathways in the ALI/ARDS.
