简谐激励下制动器尖叫噪声的因素分析
Influence Factors Analysis of Brake Screaming Noise under Simple Harmonic Excitation

Abstract
To reduce the high frequency scream noise generated in the working process of the disc brake, the dynamics model and three-dimensional entity model of the brake were established according to its working principle. Considering the force complexity in the contact surface, the harmonic response analysis theory was applied to analyze the influence of the system damping, phase difference and positive pressure on the scream noise. The analysis result shows that increasing the system damping can reduce the resonant amplitude and the resonant frequency of the system. Appropriate control of the phase difference of the harmonic load can effectively reduce the screaming noise. The level of the positive pressure can affect the scream noise loudness but it has nothing to do with the frequency of the screaming. From the perspective of harmonic excitation, the study of screaming noise factors has some theoretical and practical significance for improvement of the braking system working conditions and optimization of the NVH performance of vehicles.关键词
