摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of combined spinal and epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in labor analgesia.Method:120 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from 2011 to 2014 were randomly divided into group A and group B,group A was given combined spinal and epidural anesthesia,group B was given epidural anesthesia,the effects of two groups were compared.Result:The childbirth pain of two groups significantly reduced, group A 0 pain in 56 cases,accounting for 93.3%,compared with group B,there was statistical significance(P<0.01).The first,second and third stage of labor of group A compared with group B,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The mode of delivery of group A compared with group B,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The degree of motor block of group A compared with group B,there was no statistical significance (P>0.05).Neonatal Apgar score of group A compared group B,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The complications of group A compared with group B,there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combined spinal and epidural anesthesia has a rapid onset of analgesic effect of good features,and less on the motor block,maternal easier to accept.关键词
