Abstract
φ80 ten-rollers straightener had been developed and applied base on seven-rollers straightener and two-rollers straightener , to meet higher requirements of straightening precision and efficiency needs .Rollers compact technology of constant pressure reduces the requirement of raw material .Liquid motor pre-rotary struc-ture raises the straightener speed .Straightening speed is up to 2 m/s, the 2-2-2-2-2 rollers arrangement and raise the straighten precision .Straightness of round steel after straightened is up to 0.5mm/m.The strength and stiffness finite element analysis of structure has been done for the reliability .关键词
