摘要

Abstract

Used the finite element Maxwell electromagnetic field analysis software to establish two-dimensional transient electromagnetism analysis computation model on a direct-drive wind turbine PM generator. Under the condition of rate and sudden short circuit of direct-drive permanent magnetic synchronous generator, electromagnetic force of stator winding coil was analyzed. According to force on stator wedge analysis result, suggestion cut down no-magnetic wedges amount on generator was put forward. The work was of good reference value to direct the production optimization design. On the premise of guaranteeing the quality of the generator reliability, the suggestion of reducing the number of stator slot wedges was presented. The material consumption of the generator was low down in this way, meanwhile a larger economic benefit for the enterprise was created, the market competitiveness of wind turbine was improved.
