职业院校“双师型”教师的专业特质及其培养培训
On the Professional Features and Training of “Dual-qualification”Teachers in Vocational Schools

Abstract
By analyzing the connotation of “dual-qualification” teachers and the “Secondary Vocational School Teachers’ Professional Standard (trial)”,we can better abstract four major professional features, namely, “double knowledge”, “double experience”, “double ability”and “double quality”. At the same time, by pointing out the better training strategies based on the “dual-qualification” teachers’ professional features, including positioning the clear object about the training, perfecting the training mechanism system, reforming the training course structure, changing the practice pattern of the training, changing the evaluation standard of training, and so on.关键词
