Abstract
College of Life Science of Jilin University cooperated with Jilin Provincial Jinta Industrial (group) co., LTD., through establishing innovative practice base, setting up scholarships, undertaking scientific research cooperation, building “production-research work team” and “double tutorial system”, strengthening the enterprise culture education, participate in all kinds of innovative and entrepreneurship competition, creating “seamless connection”among production, study and research, cultivating directional personnel, to jointly cultivate the innovative and practical personnel training mode, and establish and optimize the“industry-university-institute”cooperation system. By being internship in enterprises, participating enterprises’ science and technology innovation, carrying out scientific research and solving technical problems, students' learning potential and innovation interest were stimulated, and the quality of training was improved.关键词
