广东省技工院校学生择业效能感状况实证分析
Investigation on the Career Decision-making Self-efficacy of Students in Mechanic Schools in Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
The survey shows that, the Career Decision-making Self-efficacy (CDMSE) of mechanic school students was much lower than that of college students; male students got higher scores in CDMSE than female ones; students’ score was related to their family economic condition and their mothers’ education degree; there was an interaction between family economic condition and mothers’ education degree, and students’ self-efficacy reached the highest while their family was poor as well as their mothers graduated from vocational secondary schools or above. According to these, it is highly recommended that mechanic schools should attach great importance to career education, especially the CDMSE education among their students; pay great attention to female students’ self-confidence; encourage students’ parents, especially his/her mother participate in their training of CDMSE.关键词
