摘要
Abstract
Objective:To determined the ginsenosides content in different parts of cultivated Panax ginseng of varied origin,growing years,for the purpose of ginsenoside production.Methods:The content of ginsenosides was determined by HPLC.Results:Rg1 was enriched in seven years old cultivated ginseng.The content of Re was related with growing years of ginseng.Rb1 was enriched in fibrous.Conclusion:Ginsenosides content varies with ginseng origin,age and parts.This research aims to help promote the ginsenoside extraction efficiency.关键词
