茯苓对正常小鼠胃肠功能的影响
Effect of Poria on Gastrointestinal Function
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Poria cocos on gastrointestinal movement by different methods.Methods:Methods of charcoal powder and nutritional semisolid paste were applied to examine the effect of Poria on the gastrointestinal functions of healthy mice.Results:The water decoction of Poria can distinctively inhibited the gastric residual ratio and propulsion ratio of small intestine of mice.Conclusion:The Poria could inhibit the gastrointestinal movement and the semisolid paste model is much more suitable for the evaluation of effect of Poria on the gastrointestinal functions.关键词
