Abstract
Objective:To establish the quality standards for Houerhuan anti-inflammatory capsules.Methods:The gallic acid was identified by TLC,the contents of gallic acid and quercetin were determined by HPLC.The chromatographic separation was performed on Odyssil C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% H3 PO4 in gradient elution.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min -1 ,and the column temperature maintained at 30℃ .The detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the injection volume was 5 μL.Results:TLC spots were clear,and good separated.The linearity of gallic acid was good in the range of 0.602-18.1 μg(r =0.999 5),and the average recovery was 98.9%(RSD =1.8%). The linearity of quercetin was good in the range of 0.016 9-0.507 μg(r =0.999 6),and the average recovery of 99.5%(RSD =1.5%).Conclusion:The established method is simple,accurate and can provide reference for quality control of Houerhuan anti-inflammatory capsules.关键词
