Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation on elbow joint dysfunction in children with humer‐al supracondylar fracture .Methods Seventeen cases of humeral supracondylar fracture with elbow joint dysfunction were trea‐ted with comprehensive rehabilitation .The range of motion and hospital for Special Surgery Scoring System(HSS2) were used to evaluate the effects of treatment .Results The range of motion of elbow joint improved significantly after treatment of 3 months(P<0.001) ,and all the children reached "excellence"after treatment according to HSS2 .Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation is effective on elbow joint dysfunction in children with humeral supracondylar fracture .关键词
