Abstract
Objective To explore the observation and nursing method of complications in pregnant women with placentapre‐via .Methods Sixty‐nine patients with placentaprevia giving birth to their babies in the hospital were selected as study objects , the clinical data were analyzed in a retrospective way ,various specific methods of nursing care are comprehensively used in the experimental group .Another 69 patients with placentaprevia giving birth to their babies in the hospital during the same period were selected as control group ,the routine care was used ,nursing effect was observed .Results The rate of complication of tar‐geted care group was decreased obviously compared with control group .There was significant difference between two groups in the incidence rates of complications (P<0.05) .Conclusion The targeted nursing can reduce the occurrence of complications in the pregnant women with placentaprevia and ensure the neonatal and maternal health .关键词
