Experimental contrast analysis of external steel -concrete co mposite truss railway bridges
摘要
Abstract
A static experiment was done on multi -group steel -concrete composite truss joints and steel truss -groove beam composite structure whose proportions are 1∶3 to study the modes of failure,ultimate bearing capaci-ty and failure mechanism of the two composite truss joint.The results show that the failure mode of the external steel -concrete composite truss includes concrete cracking,the bucking deformation at pressed part of gusset plate,high strength bolt slippage,gusset plate to be ruptured and stress focusing on the interface of concrete -chord with gusset plate.The failure mode of steel truss -groove beam composite structure involves web member unstable failure,stress focusing on the interface of concrete -chord with gusset plate.The failure mode of rein-forced steel truss -groove beam composite structure comprises high strength bolt slippage,gusset plate to be rup-tured and stress focusing on the interface of concrete -chord with gusset plate.The finite element software ABAQUS was applied to simulate each node,the test and simulation analysis show that the bearing capacity of steel truss -trough girder composite truss joints with larger height and size of gusset plate is significantly superior to that of external steel -concrete composite truss.Under the same content of overall dimensions,we can control failure mode by changing the stiffness ratio of each part.关键词
