摘要

Abstract

The impact of wildfire on power transmission lines and the status of research on monitoring wildfire around power transmission line are elaborated in this paper .Aiming at the present shortcomings of monitoring wildfire around power transmission line , a solution of monitoring wildfire around power transmission line based on lidar is proposed . Starting from the principle of Lidar monitoring , Lidar system used in the monitoring wildfire around power transmission is analyzed, and the experiments prove its validity .Furthermore, according to the characteristic of Lidar system ’ s dead zone , the optimal installation position for Lidar to monitor wildfire around power transmission line is derived on theory.
