摘要

Abstract

In the investigation and surveying of overhead transmission line, designer always calculates highest waterlogging level which is the perennial or 5-year return period. The process and rules do not provide the clear definition of perennial highest waterlogging. According the relationship with characteristic parameters and central digital features, the article analyzed return period of perennial highest waterlogging in plains, and defined it as the average value of the highest waterlogging over the years or 2.5-year return period waterlogging (associated with an annual probability of 0.4), which can been instructive. Based on the runoff producing principle in plain area, the article showed an easy way to calculate the perennial and 5-year return period highest waterlogging level, which proved by investigating and surveying in farmland and fish pond in the north of Jiangsu province.
