高剂量大豆黄酮对产蛋鸡卵巢组织的影响
Effects of High-Dose Daidzein on Ovary Tissue of Laying Hens

Abstract
This trial was conducted to evaluate the effects of high-dose daidzein on ovary tissue of laying hens. Six hundred and forty Hy-Line brown laying hens with average body weight and laying rate were randomly as-signed to 4 groups with 8 replicates per group and 20 birds per replicate. The control group was fed a basal di-et, and the others were fed diets supplemented with 10 ( the maximum recommended available amount) , 50 ( fives fold of maximum recommended available amount) and 100 mg/kg ( ten folds of maximum recommen-ded available amount) of daidzein. The experiment lasted for 12 weeks. The results showed that the contents of serum daidzein and equol, ovary weight, morphology, positive cell number of interleukin-1β ( IL-1β) , ex-pression quantity of IL-1βand tumor necrosis factor-α mRNA of ovary tissue were not significantly affected by daidzein ( P>0.05) . It is indicated that daidzein can improve the performance and egg quality, but hold no ob-served adverse effect on ovary tissue of laying hens, which can be safe.关键词
