某部新兵麻疹免疫效果观察
Immunization Effect Against Measles of Recruits in Some PLA Unit

Abstract
Objective To investigate the morbillous immunization levels and antibody 's immunization effect of recruits in some PLA unit after measles-mumps-rubella combined vaccine ( MMR) vaccination so as to provide the theo-retical basis for establishing immunization plan of rubella vaccine for the troops. Methods Levels and positive rate of morbillous immunoglobulin G ( IgG) antibody of 300 recruits before and after the MMR inoculation were detected, and antibody levels of recruits in different ages groups (17-18, 19-20, 21-22), different places of birth (Sichuan, Shandong, Tianjin, Beijing, Hubei, Anhui, Inner Mongolia and so on), different education levels (junior and secondary education, high school education, college and university education) were analyzed. Results The antibody's average titer and posi-tive rate of 300 recruits were 678. 42 mU/ml and 47. 67% before the inoculation, and 1699. 41 mU/ml and 98. 00% af-ter the inoculation. The total seroconversion rate was 96. 2%, and the difference in antibody's average titer before and af-ter the inoculation was statistically significant (t=9. 543, P<0. 01). There were no significant differences in the anti-body's positive rate of recruits with different ages, places of birth and educations (P>0. 05). A total of 14 recruits had abnormal reaction after the inoculation, 2 recruits with mild fever, 4 recruits with local pain, 8 recruits with itchy redness or pain in vaccination position (1 recruit complicated by fever). Conclusion The morbillous IgG antibody levels of the recruits in the PLA unit can be significantly increased after MRR inoculation with good effect. Antibody level monitoring and case reporting of measles should be implemented in troops.关键词
