摘要
Abstract
In this article,a series of soft tactile polypropylene compounds were prepared via blending extrusion. The effect of polypropylene and glass fiber on surface hardness and scratched-resistant properties were investigated via scanning electron microscope( SEM) ,colorimeter、scratching device and hardness tester. Combining of compati-ble propylene-ethylene random copolymer and propylene based elastomer,polypropylene compounds exhibited excel-lent comprehensive properties including lower hardness,soft tactile and heat resistance,which could meet the needs of automobile interiors. Glass fiber greatly reduced thermal expansion coefficient, improved mechanical strength, heat-distortion temperature and scratch resistance of polypropylene compounds.关键词
