Abstract
Aim:To investigate the impact of psychological stress on the fertility quality of life in infertile patients . Methods:A cross-sectional study was conducted in 566 infertile women and men.Psychological stress and the fertility quality of life of the patients were assessed with Fertility Problem Inventory questionnaire and Fertility Quality of Life ques -tionnaire.Results:The total scores of psychological stress and fertility quality of life in the infertile patients were (61.09 ± 7.85) and (59.74 ±12.82).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that psychological stress , gender, and level of education were the main influencing factors of fertility quality of life in the infertility patients (β=-0.290,0.230,and 0.157,P<0.05).Conclusion: Psychological stress is an important factor effecting infertile patients′fertility quality of life, thus we should attach much more importance to the psychological stress caused by infertility ,and take measures to im-prove their fertility quality of life .关键词
