加味一贯煎联合氩氦刀冷冻消融术治疗中晚期肝癌临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Liver Cancer with Middle and Advanced Stage by Modified Yiguan Jian Combined with Argon-helium Cryosurgery Cryoablation

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical study on the treatment of liver cancer with middle and advanced stage by Modified Yiguan Jian combined with argon-helium cryosurgery cryoablation. Methods:102 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given argon-helium cryosurgery cryoablation and conventional Medical Treatment after the operation,while the treatment group was given Yiguan Jian after the operation 3 days,1 course was 2 weeks,2 weeks later,to observe the lumps,Carr's score,AFP and clinical symptoms,evaluating the postoperative complications. Results:In the treatment group,tumor necrosis rate,carr's score,AFP and improve clinical symptoms were superior to the control group,The differences were statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Serious complications were not occurred for the patients of the two groups. Conclusion:Modified Yiguan Jian combined with argon-heli-um cryosurgery cryoablation can relieve untoward effect after the cryoablation,improve the survival rate of the patients with clinical effect is remarkable.关键词
