Abstract
TCM prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory tract infectious disease has curative effect,its main function is not aim at the corresponding pathogens,but on the whole body to improve the status,reduce the pathological damage and to alleviate the condi-tion,shorten the course of the disease and reduce the complications,which have the effect of nonspecific treatment. At the same time,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine more targets,not easy the creation bears the medicine,and no adverse reactions or less adverse re-action. But in the prevention and control of traditional Chinese medicine research must have the problems to be settled urgently.①To establish the objective diagnosis,justification of specification standard. On the one hand,we should dig into TCM prevention and treat-ment of acute viral respiratory infections experience,on the other hand,research methods and techniques to objectively analyze acute vi-ral respiratory infectious disease syndromes characteristics and evolution law,formulate the objective,justification of specification,for it in a more scientific guide of TCM clinical practice.②The treatment of high-level evidence-based evidence supporting scheme,method and technology. Modern clinical research should be introduced,multicenter,randomized,blinded,controlled or prospective cohort study, in order to improve the reliability and repeatability of the findings,provides the high level for the prevention and treatment of acute viral respiratory tract infectious disease of traditional Chinese medicine of evidence-based evidence support.③Study the mechanism of action of combined disease. Should actively explore mechanism based on the model of combined disease research,so that at a higher scientific level,give full play to the traditional Chinese medicine〞holistic concept〞 and 〞syndrome differentiation〞 theory and the advantage of nonspecific treatment.关键词
