养阴益气活血汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy by Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Tang
摘要
Abstract
To observe the clinical study on the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy( DN)by Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Tang. Methods:68 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group was given melbine combined with repaglinide. The treatment group was given Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Tang based on the control group. One course is 12 weeks. The patients were edu-cated diabetic diet,health,exercise during the treatment. Results:①In the control group,8 cases were markedly effective,14 cases were effective,12 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 65. 71%. In the treatment group,16 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 85. 29%. Comparison of the two groups showed that the difference was sta-tistically significant(χ2 =4. 974,P=0. 026).②In the treatment group,UPER and SCr were obviously lower(P﹤0. 05),and superior to the treatment group(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:It's effective for Yangyin Yiqi Huoxue Tang on the treatment of DN,which can signifi-cantly reduce the UPER and SCr.关键词
