摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the methods of Rutin,Quercetin,Genistein of Sophorae Flos. Methods:HPLC method was used,the de-termination was performed on Hypersil gold C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)with mobile phase consisted of methanol-0. 2% acetic acid solution at detection wavelength of 370 nm. Results:Rutin,Quercetin,Genistein showed good linear relationship. The average recov-ery was 101. 9%(RSD=3. 49%,n=6),103. 6%(RSD=1. 76%,n=6),101. 9%(RSD=2. 85%,n=6)respectively. Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and good stability,which can be used in assay determination of sophora flower bud.关键词
