摘要

Abstract

Objective:To establish a determination method of ferulic acid in Taohong Siwu Tang. Methods:using Inertsil ODS-3 C18 col-umn(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 microns)as the stationary phase,methanol and water(including the volume fraction of 1% acetic acid)(45: 55,v/v)as mobile phase,flow rate of 1. 0 mL·min-1 . The detection wavelength was at 321 nm. Results:Ferulic acid had good line-arity in the range of 0. 6-180. 0 mg·L-1. The average recovery was 102. 65% and the repeatability(RSD)was 2. 23%. Conclusion:The developed method is rapid,sensitive and reproducible,which can be used to determine the contents of ferulic acid in Taohong Siwu Tang.
