消癥助孕汤治疗输卵管炎性不孕症临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Fallopian Tube Inflammatory Infertility by Xiaozheng Zhuyun Tang
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical study on the treatment of fallopian tube inflammatory infertility by Xiaozheng Zhuyun Tang. Methods:88 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,each of 44 cases. The control group was given pelvic cavity adhesions decomposition technique under the peritoneoscope,fallopian tube keratoplasty and oviduct through liquid. The treatment group was given Xiaozheng Zhuyun Tang based on the control group. Compare with the treatment effect of the two groups after the treat-ment,comprehensive assessment the clinical effects of Xiaozheng Zhuyun Tang in treating fallopian tube inflammatory infertility. Re-sults:The treatment effectiveness in the control group was 77. 3%,while in the treatment group was 97. 7%. The treatment efficiency of the treatment group is significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P ﹤0. 05 ). The control group had 4 cases of adverse reactions,while the treatment group had 1case. The adverse reactions control effect in the treatment group is superior to the control group. The difference has statistical significance(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:It's remarkable curative effect for treating fallopian tube inflammatory infertility by Xiaozheng zhuyun decoction.关键词
