中西医结合治疗慢性胃溃疡临床研究
Clinical Study on the Treatment of Chronic Gastric Ulcer by Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical study on the treatment of chronic gastric ulcer by traditional Chinese medicine( TCM)com-bined with western medicine. Methods:120 cases were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(80 cases). The control group was given western medicine conventional therapy. The treatment group modified Huangqi Jianzhong Tang based on the control group. One course is 6 weeks,after the one course,gastroscope should be reviewed. Observing TCM syndrome score,anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and depression self rating scale(SDS score),the change of the indexes of quality of life score,0. 5-1. 0 h and statistics the recurrence rate were followed. Results:①Compared with the clinical effects of the patients in the two groups,the treatment group was superior to the control group. The difference was statistically significant(Z= -8. 241,P=0. 000).②TCM syndrome score comparison of two groups after treatment showed that the control group was(4. 17 ± 2. 40)points,and the treatment group was(2. 77 ± 2. 25)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). After the treatment,SAS score in the control group was(38. 86 ± 6. 27)points,(38. 52 ± 5. 59)points,SDS score in the treatment group was(35. 28 ± 3. 67)points,(35. 38 ± 5. 34)points Com-pared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Compared with the life quality score after the treat-ment,the control group was(70. 50 ± 6. 57)points,the treatment group was(77. 35 ± 8. 78)points. Compared with the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion:It is remarkable effect for chronic gastric ulcer by TCM combined with western medicine can improve the patients quality of life and anxiety depression,and less adverse reaction.关键词
