强直性脊柱炎寒湿痹阻证中药药对使用规律探析
Exploring the Application Regularity of Herb Pairs in Treating Ankylosing Spondylitis with Cold-dampness Syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Retrieval the periodical literatures by CNKI,wanfang database,wanfang traditional Chinese medicine knowledge system,wan-fang medical network,wanfang medical clinical diagnosis knowledge database,weipu journal resource database and Chinese biomedical literature database from January 1990 to January 2014,and made a statistics of frequency of category of traditional Chinese medicine and the service condition of herb pairs by statistical method of frequency. At the established search condition,preliminary search 418 litera-tures,after the reading,choose to get relevant 58 articles,37basic prescription,a total of 133 herbs,The frequency of herbs was 432 times,usage is 3. 25 times on average every herb,the frequency of herbal pairs was 188 times. By analysis with cold-dampness syndrome has medicine for rheumatism,diaphoresis relieving superficies,damp-clearing drug,tonify deficiency drug,resolving dampness drug,qi-regulating drugs,etc. The herbal pairs have tonify deficiency drug and diaphoresis relieving superficies drug,resolving dampness drug and diaphoresis relieving superficies drug,tonify deficiency drug and drug for invigorating blood circulation and eliminating stasis,tonify deficiency drug and resolving dampness drug,resolving dampness drug and tonify deficiency drug,the compatibility of medicines among the diaphoresis relieving superficies drug,resolving dampness drug and tonify deficiency drug. By collecting the research about tradition-al Chinese medicine treatment of ankylosing spondylitis with cold-dampness syndrome in the literatures,to explore,analysis on the medi-cation rule of the disease for traditional Chinese medicine provide scientific,reasonable reference for the prevention and treatment of an-kylosing spondylitis. Then for evidence-based medicine for the treatment of the disease of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new train of thought,to improve the clinical curative effect of TCM treatment for ankylosing spondylitis patients.关键词
