牙周康泰对慢性牙周炎患者龈沟液中TNF-α及IL-1β表达的影响
Effect on TNF-αand IL-1βin Gingival Crevicular Fluid of Patients with Chronic Periodontitis by Yazhou Kangtai

Abstract
Objective:To observe the expressive effect of TNF-α and IL-1β on the treatment of chronic periodontitis. Methods:46cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group was 23 cases. The patients of the two groups were treated by supragingival scaling and subgingival scaling,and the treatment group was given Yazhou kangtai for 8weeks. Before taking the drugs,at the first,the second week,the fourth week,the 8th week,collecting the gingival crevicular fluid of the patients in the two groups by filter paper strip,detecting the level of TNF-αand IL-1βof the gingival crevicular fluid by ELISA method,compare with the difference of the two groups and befor and after the treatment. Results:After the periodental non-surgical treatment,TNF-αand IL-1βof the gingival cre-vicular fluid of the patients in the two groups was significantly lower than before treatment(P﹤0. 01). At the fourth week and the 8th week of taking medicine,TNF-α and IL-1β in the treatment was significantly lower than the control group(P﹤0. 05)at the same peri-od. Con clusion:Yazhou kangtai can more reduce the level of TNF-α and IL-1β based on the periodental non-surgical treatment,relie-ving the periodontal inflammatory response.关键词
