叠氮硝胺发射药强度的落锤撞击实验研究
Investigation on the Drop Weight Test for Intensity of Azidonitramine Gun Propellants
摘要
Abstract
In order to study the dynamic mechanical strength and influence factors of high energy azidonitramine gun propellant,four kinds of 21/19 granular gun propellants were prepared based on formulation of DAGR1.The drop weight tests of samples were conducted at low temperature(-40℃).Results indicate that the critical impact energy of DAGR1 is 33 J/cm2 when the impact velocity is 4.0 m/s.The impact fracture property of sample improved signifi-cantly at low temperature(-40℃)with 1 .5%additive of energetic thermoplastic elastomer (ETPE)and the increase of proportion of 1 ,5-diazido-3-nitrozapentane (DIANP).关键词
