红细胞体积分布宽度与心力衰竭患者预后指标关系的研究
Relationship study between red blood cell distribution width and indica-tors of prognosis in congestive heart failure patients

Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between red blood cell distribution width with the indicators of prog-nosis in congestive heart failure patient,and provide reference for clinical interventions. Methods 184 heart failure pa-tients from April 2012 to July 2014 in our hospital were selected as the research object.Among them,64 patients were death,120 patients were survival.50 cases were cardiovasculardisease (CVD) and 70 cases were non-CVD.The relevant medical records of patients was collected and recorded,and analyzed statistically. Results Mean value of red blood cell distribution width in death patients was 17.9%,mean standard deviation was 3.1.Mean value of red blood cell distribu-tion width in CVD patients was 16.9%,the standard deviation was 2.9.Mean value of red blood cell distribution width in non-CVD patients was 16.6%,standard deviation was 3.2.The best cut-off of RDW for fatal heart failure was ≥16.5%. There was statistically significant difference of death and survival patients included NYHA classification,left ventricular ejection fraction,hypertension,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,white blood cells,C-reactive protein,brain natriuretic peptide and red blood cell distribution width(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression results showed that red blood cell distribution width and C-reactive protein were independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of heart fail-ure. Conclusion Red blood cell distribution width and C-reactive protein are independent risk factors that affecting the prognosis of heart failure.关键词
