社区、医院双向防治模式治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果
Clinical effect of community and hospital two-way control mode in the treatment of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of community and hospital two-way control mode in the treatment of chronic prostatitis. Methods 120 patients with chronic nonbacterial prostatitis from January 2013 to September 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,60 cases in each group.Group A was giv-en community and hospital two-way control,group B was simply given treatment in the hospital.The score of NIH-CPSI in two groups was compared. Results The score of pain and discomfort,urination symptom,life quality and NIH-CPSI in group A was lower than that in group B,with significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Community and hospital two-way control mode can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis.关键词
