Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods From January 2011 to December 2014,242 patients with dysfunc-tional uterine bleeding visited our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=122) and treatment group (n=120).In control group,oral administration of sex hormone was provided,while in treatment group,on the basis of sex hormone for treatment,modified Guchong soup was added.The therapeutic effect between two groups was observed respectively. Results The effective rate in treatment group was 97.5%,while the rate in control group was 81.7%,with a statistical difference (P<0.05).After therapy,the hemoglobin levels between two groups was greatly increased and dis-played a statistical difference in comparison with that before treatment (P<0.05).Increase of hemoglobin level in treat-ment group after therapy was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).The bleeding control time and complete bleeding stanching time in treatment group was significantly shortened in comparison with that of control group respectively. Conclusion Application of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of dysfunctional u-terine bleeding has advantages of quick bleeding stanching and high effective rate,which is worthy of promotion in clinic.关键词
