MMP-9与TIMP-1在复发性流产中的基因表达及相关性研究
Study of gene expression in recurrent spontaneous abortion and the rela-tionship between MMP-9 and TIMP-1

Abstract
Objective To detect the relative expression of MMP-9,TIMP-1 in recurrent spontaneous abortion villus tis-sues of mRNA,to study the correlation of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 expression imbalance and recurrent spontaneous abor-tion. Methods Normal early pregnancy (19 cases)and recurrent spontaneous abortion (28 cases) villus tissues in our hospital from April to December 2013 were selected.The relative expression of RT-PCR was detected in MMP-9, TIMP-1. Results The recurrent spontaneous abortion group of relative expression of MMP-9 mRNA was 4.11+0.42, normal pregnancy group of the relative expression of MMP-9 mRNA was 2.45+0.36,to be compared with the normal group,the expression was significantly decreased,there was significant difference(P<0.01).Recurrent spontaneous abortion group of the relative expression of TIMP-1 mRNA was 7.62+1.54,normal group of the relative expression of TIMP-1 was 8.41+1.02,to be compared with the normal group,the expression was increased,but the difference was not significant (P>0.05). Conclusion In recurrent spontaneous abortion villus tissues,the expression of MMP-9 mRNA significantly decreases,the expression of TIMP-1 mRNA increases,the unbalanced expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 takes part in the occurrence and development of recurrent spontaneous abortion.关键词
