Abstract
Objective To explore the short-term effect of acarbose and metformin combined with insulin analogues in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetes. Methods 65 patients with obese type 2 diabetes in our hospital from March 2013 to June 2014 were collected,and they were randomly divided into the observation group (n=33)and control group (n=32).The control group was given insulin glargine and insulin lispro on the basis of the conventional treatment.The observation group was given metformin and acarbose on the basis of the control group. Determination of The index of fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting blood insulin(FINS),2 h postprandial blood glucose (2 h PG),insulin resistance(IR) and insulin resistance index(IR) in two groups was measured before and after the treatment,and clinical curative effects, postprandial insulin withdrawal rate and incidence of hypoglycemia in two groups was observed. Results The total ef-fective rate in observation group was 90.91%,and significantly higher than that of the control group(81.25%).The differ-ence between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.05).Before and after the treatment,the difference of FPG,2 h PG,FINS,IR and IS of two groups was significantly(P<0.05),and index of FINS,IR in observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of control group (P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the in-dex of FPG,2 h PG、IS in two groups after treatment(P>0.05).The postprandial insulin discontinuation rate of observation group was 75.26%,significantly higher than that of the control group(59.38%)(P<0.05).The incidence of hypoglycemia in the observation group was 25.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the control group (12.12%)(P<0.05). Con-clusion The clinical curative effect of acarbose,metformin combined with insulin analogues in the treatment of obese type 2 diabetic patients is significant.It is worthy of application and application.关键词
