Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of 1% pimecrolimus cream combined with 2.5% selenium sulfide lotion in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis on scalp. Methods 82 patients with seborrheic dermatitis on scalp ad-mitted into our hospital fromJuly 2012 to December 2013 were selecte and randomly divided into treatment group(n=42) and control group (n=40) by in treatment order from first to last.Two groups were given 2.5% selenium sulfide lotion.At the same time,treatment group was externally given 1% pimecrolimus cream,control group was externally given 0.1%halcinonide solution.Scalp itch,erythema,desquamation and adverse drug reaction in two groups was observed,and total effective rate and recurrence rate was compared between two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effec-tive rate in treatment grou was 92.9%,in control group was 87.5%,there was no statistical significance (χ²=0.67,P>0.05). Treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups (P>0.05). Follow-up 1 month after discontinuation,the relapse rate in the treatment group was 9.5%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(27.5%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(χ²=4.43,P<0.05). Conclusion 1% pimecrolimus cream combined with 2.5% selenium sulfide lotion in the treatment of seborrheic dermatitis on scalp has a high effective rate and low relapse rate, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
