艾司西酞普兰与西酞普兰治疗抑郁症的临床效果比较

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of escitalopram and citalopram in the treatment of depression in order to enrich the experience of clinical treatment on depression. Methods 90 patients with depression in our hospital department of psychiatric from October 2012 to September 2014 were selected and evenly divided into observation group and control group by random number table,45 cases in each group.In the control group,oral administration of citalopram hydrobromide was provided,while in the observation group,escitalopram oxalate for oral administration was applied.After 6-week treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction in two groups was observed,and scores of Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) and clinical general impression-severity of illness scale (CGI-SI) between two groups before and after treatment was observed and compared. Results There was no significant difference in cure rate or total effective rate (P>0.05).After therapy,scores of HAMA and CGI-SI was greatly decreased compared with those before treatment with statistical difference (P<0.05),but didn’t display significant difference after treatment in both groups (P>0.05).Adverse reactions in two groups showed no important difference as well as score of emergent symptom scale (P>0.05). Conclusion Effect of escitalopram on treating depression is tantamount to citalopram.It can improve patient’s disease condition and anxiety with mild adverse reactions,which can be used to treat depression.关键词
