Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of humanistic care on the rehabilitation effect and social function of patients with schizophrenia to accumulate valuable experience for nursing the patients. Methods 68 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from May 2010 to February 2012 were chosen as control group,and given the rou-tine psychiatric nursing method;76 patients with schizophrenia treated in our hospital from May 2012 to February 2014 were chosen as the research group,and given implementation of the concept of humanistic care based on the control group.Social disability screening schedule (SDSS),the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS),inpatient psychiatric rehabili-tation rehabilitation outcome scale (IPROS) was used to score for patients,medication compliance,recurrence and rehos-pitalization rate of the patients between two groups was compared respectively. Results After 3 months,6 months,and 12 months intervention,SDSS,BPRS and IPROS score of patients in research group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05) respectively; after 1 years intervention,medication compliance in patients of research group was higher than that of control group,recurrence and rehospitalization was significantly lower than that in control group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion humanistic care can effectively improve the patients’mental status,promote the return to the society func-tion of patients,and it is conducive to the early recovery of patients.关键词
