Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of humanistic nursing on degree of compliance and comfort in patients accepted early-pregnancy transvaginal ultrasonography. Methods From January 2012 to May 2013,260 early-pregnan-cy patients undergone transvaginal ultrasound examinations in our hospital were evenly and randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group.In control group,routine nursing was applied,while in observation group,on the basis of control group,humanistic nursing was added.The degree of compliance and comfort on examinations was compared between two groups. Results The proportion of degree of compliance in control group was 77.7%,while in observation group,the rate was 89.2%.Degree of compliance and comfort on transvaginal ultrasonography in observation group was more remarkable than that of control group respectively.There were statistical differences in degree of compliance and comfort between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Application of humanistic nursing in early-pregnancy patients under-gone transvaginal ultrasound examinations can create a comfortable and pleasant state,which plays a significant role in ensuring the process smooth.关键词
