摘要
Abstract
Antiviral therapy inhibits viral replication and also has some influence on body’s immunity in patients with chronic hepatitis B.Regulatory T cell,a subset of T cells,has an immunomodulatory function in v iv o and can inhibit spe-cific T cell response in HBV infection patients.Study of antiviral therapy influencing on amount of regulatory T cell and its function in patients with chronic hepatitis B can lay foundations for probing into more ideal immunological indica-tors to assess the anti-viral responses,therapeutic efficacy,predict the termination of treatment and recurrence after ceasing medication,disease prognosis,and may also point out the direction for developing more optimal strategies of an-tiviral treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis B.关键词
