摘要
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of photodynamic therapy and red-blue light in the treatment of moderate and severe acne. Methods 70 patients with moderate and severe acne from January 2014 to August in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group. The observation group was given the treatment of photodynamic therapy,and the control group was given the treatment of red-blue light.The curative effect in two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with significant difference (P<0.05).Severe adverse effect which might cause termination of the treatment was not seen in two groups. Conclusion Photodynamic therapy in the treatment of moder-ate and severe acne has a significant clinical effect and high safety,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
