摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of breast conserving surgery for breast cancer combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy neoadjuvant therapy on treatment of breast cancer. Methods 68 breast cancer patients in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2012 were selected as the research object,they were randomly divided into ex-perimental group and control group,with 34 cases in each group,experimental group used breast conserving surgery combined with adjuvant chemotherapy,control group used modified radical mastectomy of breast cancer.Two groups’op-eration situation complication incidence and survival after treatment were compared and analyzed. Results Operative time,bleeding volume during operation,hospitalization time,complications rate of experiment group were lower than those of control group with statistical significances (P<0.05).The survival rate of experimental group after 1,2,3 years of treat-ment were significantly higher than those of control group with statistical significances (P<0.05). Conclusion Breast conserving surgery for breast cancer combined with neoadjuvant chemotherapy can significantly improve the life quali-ty and confidence of patients with breast cancer,it reduces patients’ mortality,incidence of adverse reactions and has positive clinical value which can be used as a safe and effective method for clinical work.关键词
