Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of filling yarn and routine treatment during cesarean section operation pre-venting postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesion. Methods Clinical data from 225 puerperas conducted cesarean section in our hospital from June 2009 to June 2011 was retrospectively analyzed.Among them,125 patients (observation group) were given filling yarn to preventing postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesion,while 100 patients (control group) were given routine preventive measures.The treatment and preventive effect between two groups was compared respectively. Results The markedly effective rate of treating in observation group (96.00%) was obviously higher than that of control group (78.00%) (96.00%) (P<0.05);the incidence rate of membranous adhesion,difficulty in space separa-tion between urinary bladder and uterus,and adhesion tightness of peritoneum and uterus (3.20%,0.80%,0 respectively) was obviously lower than that of control group (17.00%,8.00%,5.00%respectively) (P<0.05). Conclusion Filling yarn dur-ing cesarean section operation preventing postoperative pelvic and abdominal adhesion is better than routine treatment.关键词
