Abstract
Objective To compare the effect of mesh-utilizing anterior pelvic floor reconstruction and uterosacral liga-ment suspension (new operation) and traditional operation in the treatment of pelvic organ prolapse. Methods 120 pa-tients given pelvic organ prolapse operation treatment and treated in our hospital from September 2003 to August 2008 were selected as observation subjects,and they were divided into new operation group (44 cases) and traditional opera-tion group (76 cases) according to the operation method.Patients were followed-up after operation and patients’quality of life before operation and after 1,2,5,7 years operation was recorded.Pelvic floor distress inventory-short form 20 (PF-DI-20) was used to score for quality of life. Results There was no statistical difference of POPDI-6,CRADI-8 and PF-DI-20 score after 1,2,5,7 years operation between two groups 9 (P>0.05).POPDI-6 and PFDI-20 score after 7 years op-eration in traditional operation group was significantly lower than that before operation respectively,while the UDI-6 score after 5 years operation showed no statistical difference compared with that before operation (P>0.05).POPDI-6,U-DI-6 and PFDI-20 score of new operation group was obviously reduced after 7 years operation compared with before operation (P<0.05). Conclusion Both two operation can significantly improve patients’ quality of life,and the improve-ment of new operation is better than that of traditional operation,and it is promoted and applied in clinic.关键词
