Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effects of modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemor-rhage after cesarean section. Methods 44 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesare-an section treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as research group, and they were given modified B-Lynch suture;34 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia during cesarean sec-tion from January 2010 to December 2011 were selected as control group and they were given gauze packing or bilater-al uterine artery ascending branch ligation. Results Compared with control group, surgical time in research group was significantly shortened, postpartum hemorrhage amount was significantly reduced, transfusion treatment during the surgery and after the surgery and puerperal morbidity was significantly reduced (P<0.05).The effective rate of hemosta-sis in research group was 95.45%,without a case of hysterectomy;the effective rate of hemostasis in control group was 91.18%,with 3 cases of ineffective hemostasis,2 cases of hysterectomy, and 1 hospital transfer.Involution of uterus was good during follow-up,and no complications occurred. Conclusion Modified B-Lynch suture in the treatment of post-partum hemorrhage during cesarean section has advantages of rapid hemostasis, easy operation, exact curative effect, short surgical time, high safety and being able to retain uterus, which is convenient for promotion and application in hospitals of all levels, especially grass-root hospital.关键词
