Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and epidural anesthesia in labor analgesia. Methods 240 patients implemented labor analgesia from July 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B.Group A was given combined spinal epidural anesthesia,and group B was given epidural anesthesia.The analgesic effect of time,motion block,labor time and Apgar score in two groups was compared. Results The time of labor analgesia onset in group A was shorter than that in group B,the score of VAS in group A was lower than that in group B,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant differ-ence in the incidence rate of motion block between two groups (P>0.05).The active period of group A was shorter than that in group B,with significant difference (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the second,third production process time and Apgar score between two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The use of combined spinal epidural anesthesia for labor analgesia can shorten the time of analgesia onset,speed up the production process,the effect is exact,safe and reliable.关键词
