Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of different proportion ropivacaine in the unilateral subarachnoid block anesthesia of lower extremity operation. Methods 70 patients with unilateral tibial (or fibula) fractures accepted reduc-tion internal fixation in our hospital from April 2013 to November 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 patients in each group. The observation group was given ropivacaine 11.25 mg (7.5 mg/m1) and 2 ml distilled water. The observation group was given ropivacaine 11.25 mg (7.5 mg/m1) and 2 ml glu-cose solution (500 mg/m1).The hemodynamic parameter, the monitoring parameters of spinal anesthesia, the recovery time of anesthesia, the success rate of anesthesia and the satisfaction of the operation in two groups was compared. Results The time to get T10 anesthesia level and the time of sensory plane regression in operative and non-operative side of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of unilat-eral obstruction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with significant difference (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of MAP and heart rate level between two groups before anesthesia, after anesthesia at 10 min, after operation at 10 min (P>0.05).There was no significant difference of the Success rate of anesthesia and satisfaction compared two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The anesthetic effect of different proportion of ropivacaine in the application of unilateral tibia (fibula) bone fracture reduction and internal fixation is reliable, the hypobaric ropiva-caine solution has high levels in unilateral anesthesia, and the recovery of sensory and motor block is fast, which is suit-able for the elderly patients with early postoperative limb movement,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
