Abstract
Objective To discuss the clinical curative effects of nicorandil in the treatment of angina,and to provide ev-idence for clinical treatment. Methods 146 patients with angina who were admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2011 to February 2014 were selected.They were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group,with 73 patients in each group.The control group was given the treatment of isosorbide mononitrate injection on the basis of regular treatment,and the treatment group was given the treatment of nicorandil on the basis of regular treatment.The curative effects was compared and observed respectively after 30 days. Results In the treatment group,31 patients were significantly effective(42.46%),37 patients were effective(50.68%),and 5 patients were ineffective (6.85%).The total ef-fective rate was 93.15%.In the control group,20 patients were significantly effective (27.40%),35 patients were effective (47.94%),and 18 patients were ineffective (24.66%).The total effective rate was 75.43%.In the comparison of the data between the two groups,with statistical difference(χ²=3.234,P=0.043). Conclusion Application of nicorandil in the treat-ment of angina on the basis of regular treatment is not only able to improve curative effects,but also reduce incidence of adverse effects.It is also able to significantly improve patients’ life quality,alleviate patient’s pain,and reduce the re-lapse rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
