Investigation of morbidity rate and risk factor of chronic kidney disease in adult check-up crowd of Qi County
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate morbidity rate of chronic kidney disease in adult check-up crowd of Qi County and analyze the risk factor. Methods 5000 adults examination results of Qi County from January to June in 2014 were analyzed.The morbidity rate of chronic kidney disease was counted and risk factor was analyzed. Results Single factor analysis results showed that female,high average age and patients with high level of BMI,blood pressure,BUN,SCr,UA, fasting glucose,TG,TC and LDL had higher probability for occurrence of chronic kidney disease (P<0.05).Multiple fac-tors analysis showed that female,every additional 10 years old for age,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,hyper-uricemia were independent risk factors of chronic kidney disease in adult check-up crowd of Qi County. Conclusion Morbidity rate of chronic kidney disease in adult check-up crowd of Qi County is high,while morbidity rate of patients with hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia is higher.In addition,the morbidity rate in female and aged pa-tients is high also.关键词
